复合保鲜处理对甜瓜采后品质及腐烂率的影响

研究杀菌剂复合保鲜剂处理对常温条件下甜瓜采后品质及腐烂率的影响,以期为甜瓜采后贮藏保鲜提供技术参考.试验材料为新疆精品甜瓜西州密25号,采自新疆鄯善县园艺场,果实无病害及机械损伤,大小及成熟度均一.利用无损测糖仪对甜瓜成熟度进行分类,选用可溶性固形物为15%±0.5%的果实,分为4组处理.
