目的 骨髓属于辐射高度敏感组织，骨髓造血损伤是辐射损伤的基本表现之一，其中骨髓间充质干细胞功能损伤是关键。辐射诱导骨髓间充质干细胞功能损伤主要表现为增殖、成骨分化抑制，与骨髓成骨细胞的数量与造血功能活跃程度密切相关。
