大功率激光二极管阵列相比于同等功率的激光器有着优越的高性能和可靠性,在军事、工业、医学、航空航天等领域有着广阔的应用前景。具体应用中,大功率激光二极管阵列的光束整形技术扮演着一个重要角色。文中提出折反光束整形系统,把线光束整形为方形或者圆形,利用此系统把20 mm 线光束整形为5mm×5mm 的方形光斑,软件模拟结果证明设计方法的正确性和可行性。
High-power laser diode array has superior performance and reliability compared to the same power laser, and has broad application prospects in military, industrial, medical, aerospace and other fields. In specific applications, the beam shaping technology of high-power laser diode arrays plays an important role. In this paper, the anti-reflection beam shaping system is proposed to shape the line beam into a square or a circle. The 20 mm line beam is shaped into a 5 mm × 5 mm square beam spot by this system. The simulation results show that the design method is correct and feasible.
