目的 :研究左旋四氢巴马汀 (l-THP)对自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)及对麻醉犬冠脉循环的影响 ,以便为拓展l-THP的临床新用途提供实验依据。方法 :SHR清醒状态下测尾动脉血压 ;麻醉犬开胸分离冠状动脉左旋支 ,放置探头测量冠脉血流量 ,同步测量动脉血压和记录Ⅱ导程心电图 ,抽取股动脉血测定血氧。结果 :l -THP能降低SHR的血压 ,同样亦可降低麻醉犬的血压 ,且能引起犬冠脉血流量呈短暂增加 ,并可较持久降低冠脉阻力 ,减少心肌耗氧量以及减慢心率。结论 :l-THP不仅具有降压效应 ,而且还可改善冠脉循环 ,提高心脏泵功效率。
Objective: To investigate the effects of L-THP on spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) and coronary circulation in anesthetized dogs so as to provide experimental basis for clinical application of l-THP. Methods: The caudal artery blood pressure was measured under awake condition of SHR. The left circumflex coronary artery was dissected from thoracotomy in anesthetized dogs. The coronary blood flow was measured by placing the probe. The arterial blood pressure was measured synchronously. The electrocardiogram of Ⅱ lead was recorded. Results: l-THP can reduce the blood pressure of SHR, also can reduce the blood pressure of anesthetized dogs, and can cause a transient increase in canine coronary blood flow, and more durable to reduce coronary resistance, reduce myocardial oxygen consumption and heart rate . Conclusion: l-THP not only has a hypotensive effect, but also improve coronary circulation and improve cardiac pump efficiency.
