本实验采用冷暴露动物模型,研究沙棘油对动物实验性冷损伤的保护作用,冷暴露1周及2周后进行血液指标的分析,结果显示:①大鼠于0℃~2℃下冷暴露1周后,与对照组相比血中环-磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环-磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量、丙二醛(MDA)值、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均明显增高;冷暴露2周后,血中cAMP、cGMP含量与MDA值继续升高,而GSHPx及SOD活性却明显下降。②如饲料中添加一定量的沙棘油,冷暴露后大鼠上述指标均有改善,接近对照组水平,提示沙棘油对提高机体耐寒力是有益的,其机理与影响机体环核苷酸代谢及其抗脂质过氧化作用有关。
In this study, the animal model of cold exposure was used to study the protective effect of seabuckthorn oil on experimental cold injury in rats.
