所有成型技术研究的目的旨在使成型加工最佳化,包括工件、工具和介质材料优化三个方面。借助仿真技术预报变形分布规律和破损发生,可实现这种过程最佳化。基于对成型过程中摩擦行为的理论分析,制订了仿真程序。由于摩擦行为变化取决于工件表面条件,而后者在成型过程中又不断发生变化,故唯有借用多元函数法才能予以正确描述。本文表明,根据新的定义评价表面特征,可实现成型加工过程的最佳化。
All molding technology research aims to optimize the molding process, including the workpiece, tools and media materials optimization of three aspects. With the help of simulation technology to predict deformation distribution and breakage, this process can be optimized. Based on the theoretical analysis of the friction behavior during the forming process, a simulation program was developed. As the friction behavior changes depending on the surface conditions of the workpiece, while the latter in the molding process and constantly changing, so only borrow multivariate function can be correctly described. This paper shows that the surface features can be evaluated according to the new definition to optimize the molding process.
