资本在商业银行经营中起着重要作用,2008年经济危机之后出台的巴塞尔协议Ⅲ对商业银行的资本提出了更高的要求.本文结合巴塞尔协议Ⅲ,分析了中国商业银行的资本现状,针对中国商业银行存在资本结构不尽合理、资产规模扩张过快导致资本补充压力大、盈利模式影响资本充足率稳定、资本管理广度和深度不够等问题,提出了改善资本结构、提高资本量,弱化信贷冲动、改变盈利模式、提高资产质量,积极推进实施科学合理的资本管理体系等对策,以期我国商业银行能够在新的形势下满足资本监管要求,提高资本充足率.
