目的检测结缔组织病患者血清中SDF-1α水平,探讨其在血管炎中的水平变化与患者其他实验室检测指标的关系。方法选取血管炎患者28例,系统性红斑狼疮合并雷诺现象和混合结缔组织病合并雷诺现象病患者14例,系统性红斑狼疮不合并雷诺现象的患者20例,采用ELISA方法检测该3组患者及20例正常对照者血清中SDF-1α的水平。结果血管炎患者血清SDF-1α水平为(3495.12±1099.39)pg/mL,系统性红斑狼疮合并雷诺现象和混合结缔组织病合并雷诺现象病患者血清SDF-1α水平为(7207.46±4011.11)pg/mL,系统性红斑狼疮不伴雷诺现象的患者SDF-1α水平为(6 546.97±2 897.71)pg/mL,均明显高于正常对照组水平((2 124.43±438.11)pg/mL,P<0.01),且患者血清SDF-1α水平与ESR、AN-CA、尿α1微球蛋白具有明显正相关。结论血管炎患者的SDF-1α水平明显升高,且与ESR、ANCA、尿α1微球蛋白存在明显正相关,提示SDF-1α在血管炎的发病过程中具有重要作用。
Objective To detect the serum level of SDF-1α in patients with connective tissue disease and to explore the relationship between the level of SDF-1α in serum and the other laboratory tests. Methods Twenty-eight patients with vasculitis, 14 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with Raynaud’s phenomenon and mixed connective tissue disease with Raynaud’s disease and 20 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus without Renault were enrolled in this study. 20 normal controls serum SDF-1α levels. Results The level of serum SDF-1α in patients with vasculitis was (3495.12 ± 1099.39) pg / mL. The level of serum SDF-1α in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus complicated by Raynaud’s phenomenon and mixed connective tissue disease with Raynaud’s disease was (7207.46 ± 40.11.11) pg / mL (6 546.97 ± 2897.71) pg / mL in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus without Raynaud’s phenomenon were significantly higher than that of the normal control group ((2 124.43 ± 438.11) pg / mL, P 0.01) , And the level of SDF-1α in serum was positively correlated with ESR, AN-CA and urinary α1 microglobulin. Conclusions The level of SDF-1α in patients with vasculitis is significantly increased, and it is positively correlated with ESR, ANCA and urine α1 microglobulin, suggesting that SDF-1α plays an important role in the pathogenesis of vasculitis.
