城市化进程极大地缩小了城市之间发展的差距,但也导致了城市个性化的逐步丧失。一方面是城市话语权的失控,另一方面是公共艺术发展的失速,这两者是我国绝大多数城市共同存在的通病,但一旦将城市话语权建构在公共艺术之上,以公共艺术传达社会理念,进而掌控城市话语权,则可谓事半功倍之举。本文针对城市话语权中公共艺术的渗透以及建构层面来对公共艺术传达社会理念进行深入探析。
