前不久,听了一位年轻的初中教师的课,他所教知识十分纯熟,但那几乎是整堂高频率、快节奏的语言,使我听了十几分钟后,只觉精神紧张,大脑疲倦,有心让听觉、思维与讲授同步,无奈脑力不听使唤而松懈下来,无法容纳后面所讲内容。其他听课者都有同感。成年教师听起来尚且如此,何况面对的是大脑发育未完善、自觉性又较差的学生,看他们那如坐针毡、焦燥不安的神情,实实令人同情。难怪学生皮映×老师讲课不用教本“水平高”,可我们学不到,倒不如玩。这位老师也埋怨学生笨,纪律差。据我所知,象这样费力不讨好的教例并不少见,这就与讲授言语不得法有关。 就人的听觉规律而言,让人长时间的接受节
