粘质土混浊液加聚丙烯酰胺(PAA)溶液后,出现明显的絮凝现象,溶液变清,用普通方法过滤得待测液.与抽滤法比较结果,K~+、Na~+测值相对偏差<15%,可满足一般土壤分析的要求.经试验,10克土的混浊液中加入0.1~0.5ml 0.5%PPA溶液可不致影响K~+、Na~+测定.标准液中加入PAA液后,测定结果随加入量的增加而降低,故标准液中不应加入PAA絮凝剂.
