高职院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。作为学生群体事件的参与主体,高职院校学生具有其自身特点,这些特点使得他们成为高校群体性突发事件的高危人群。科学地认识高职院校学生群体性事件,从法律视角提出化解学生群体性事件的法律防治对策体系,并与其他防治手段相结合进行综合治理,促进高校稳定,对构建和谐校园具有重要的现实意义。为此,本文以《新形势下高职院校学生群体事件的法律防范体系构建研究》为课题,从新形势下高职院校学生群体事件的法律防范体系构建的概述入手,对新形势下高职院校学生群体事件的法律防范体系构建的必要性进行了深入的分析,最后对新形势下高职院校学生群体事件的法律防范体系的构建提出有代表性的参考建议。
Higher vocational colleges are an important part of our higher education. As the participants of the student group events, the students in higher vocational colleges have their own characteristics, which make them become the high risk groups of university group emergencies. Scientifically understanding the mass incidents of students in higher vocational colleges, putting forward legal prevention and control countermeasures system to resolve student mass incidents from the perspective of law, and combining with other prevention and control measures to comprehensively control and promote the stability of colleges and universities, and has an important reality in building a harmonious campus significance. Therefore, based on the research on the construction of legal prevention system for student groups in higher vocational colleges in the new situation, this article starts with an overview of the construction of legal prevention system for student groups in higher vocational colleges in the new situation, The necessity of constructing the legal prevention system of student group events in vocational colleges is analyzed in depth. Finally, some typical suggestions are put forward to construct the legal prevention system of student group events in the new situation.
