当前,世界不同地方的高层建筑蓬勃发展,逐渐成为城市现代化程度的标志之一。建筑的高度越来越高,结构形式上也越来越复杂,已不再是平面布置简单、对称、规则,竖向质量和刚度沿高度均匀分布,而是形成了各种高度超限、竖向和平面不规则的复杂结构。我们可以看到高层建筑在地震灾害中会受到巨大的损失。而地震区建筑结构设防与不设防,震后结果大不一样。想要在地震中减少地震灾害,就要做好工程建设的抗震设计,这样才能真正达到减轻以至避免地震造成的损失。文章依据有关资料和相关实践经验,对高层房屋结构抗震问题进行了相关研究。
