CF 和 CW 型流量计,广泛应用于冶金、机械、石油化工、电力等工业部门。有的 CF 和 CW 型流量计带有积算装置,计算流量就很方便,将积算装置指示值乘以积算常数即可。有的 CF 和 CW 型流量计不带积算装置,这就要求用求积仪按流量计记录图纸的记录曲线测定出与流量累积值相应的面积,再乘以积算常数,才能求出一定时间内的流量累积值。由于所用的记录纸是不均匀刻度的,即图纸上的记录曲线包含的面积和实际流量之间是成平方关系,而一般极式求积仪,例如上海产“5864”求积仪,只适用于面积和流量间成比例关系的图纸,不能用在这种不均匀刻度的图纸上测定面积。我们为了解决在这种图纸上的面积测定问题,把“5864”公制求积仪改制成平方根求积仪。改制工作简单,误差在1.5%以内。
