[目的]了解元宝槭叶色变化与土壤元素含量之间的关系。[方法]分别选取同一批元宝槭扦插苗栽植在不同地点,第2年秋季选择健壮叶片测定花色素苷含量,同时选取土样测定相应元素含量,并作主成分分析和相关性分析。[结果]结果表明,在元宝槭土壤性状主成分分析中,第一主成分主要受P元素和Ca元素影响;第2主成分主要受N元素和K元素影响;第3主成分主要受K元素的影响;土壤元素中影响元宝槭叶片花色素苷含量的主要是N、P、K、Ca元素含量,减少土壤中N、P元素含量,增加K、Ca元素含量,可以提高元宝槭叶片中花色素苷含量,从而使叶色变红,提高观赏性。[结论]研究结果为元宝槭在园林中的应用提供了理论依据。
[Objective] To understand the relationship between leaf color change and soil element content in Acer trinocephalus. [Method] The same batch of seedlings of Acer davidiana were planted in different locations respectively. In the second year, robust leaf was chosen to determine the anthocyanin content. At the same time, the soil samples were selected to determine the content of corresponding elements, and the principal component analysis and correlation analysis were made. [Result] The results showed that the first principal component was mainly influenced by P element and Ca element in the elemental analysis of the soil properties of Acer aspirin. The second principal element was mainly affected by N element and K element. The third principal element was mainly affected by K element ; The content of N, P, K, Ca in the soil elements influencing the content of anthocyanin in the leaves of Yuanbao was decreased, the content of N and P in the soil decreased and the content of K and Ca increased, Pigment glycoside content, so that the leaf color turns red, improve ornamental. [Conclusion] The results provided a theoretical basis for the application of Acer indica in gardens.
