针对展开式二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器的齿轮传动进行了优化设计,并利用优化结果,进行齿轮结构的计算机辅助绘图。文中的优化数学模型是以减速器的总中心距作为目标函数,以齿轮的强度要求、不干涉条件及润滑等条件作为约束条件,采用复合形法进行优化。通过实例证明优化效果明显。采用高级语言写接口文件,绘制了齿轮的零件图。
Aiming at the gear transmission of the extended two-stage helical gear reducer, the gear transmission is optimized and the computer aided drawing of the gear structure is carried out by using the optimization results. The optimization mathematical model in this paper is based on the total center distance of reducer as the objective function, with the gear strength requirements, non-interference conditions and lubrication conditions as constraints, using complex shape method to optimize. The example shows that the optimization effect is obvious. Written using high-level language interface file, drawing the gear parts map.
