针对鄂尔多斯盆地延长组低渗透油层容易堵塞、污染,常规酸化解堵措施效率差的情况,在分析鄂尔多斯盆地三叠系延长组油藏岩石成分及其特征的基础上,定边采油厂引进了二氧化氯复合解堵技术,有效解除了油层污染和堵塞,提高了油井产量。通过分析二氧化氯的物理化学性质、解堵机理,结果表明:二氧化氯作为一种强氧化剂,可以有效解除油井近井带高分子聚合物、铁硫化物及细菌堵塞。在合理选井的基础上,现场应用取得良好效果。
In view of the fact that the low permeability reservoirs in the Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin are easily clogged and contaminated, and the conventional acidification and plugging methods are inefficient, on the basis of analyzing the rock composition and characteristics of the Triassic Yanchang Formation reservoir in the Ordos Basin, ClO2 composite plugging technology, effectively remove the reservoir contamination and plug, improve the oil well production. By analyzing the physico-chemical properties of chlorine dioxide and the mechanism of removing the plug, the results show that chlorine dioxide, as a strong oxidant, can effectively eliminate polymer blockages, iron sulphides and bacteria in the near wellbore. On the basis of reasonable well selection, the field application achieved good results.
