规则正义是以规则本身和实施规则的人为对象的,在人与规则互动的关系中塑造出正义的品德为价值诉求。这即是对规则本身价值的要求,也是对主体人的要求。笔者认为,规则本身和实施规则者的正义彰显是趋向规则正义的两条路径。
The rule of justice is based on the rules themselves and the rules of the people for the object, in the interaction between people and rules to create a just character of the value of the demand. This is the requirement of the value of the rule itself, but also the requirement of the principal person. The author believes that the rules themselves and the implementation of the rules of justice is the two paths toward the rule of justice.
