目的 :研究深度扩臼造盖术的生物力学特性。方法 :比较两组分别以深度扩臼造盖术及Salter’s截骨术治疗后小儿患侧股骨头外移距离。结果 :经Salter’s截骨术治疗组小儿股骨头术后平均外移较深度扩臼造盖术组 1.5cm。经生物力学计算 ,其所受压力大大高于深度扩臼造盖术组。结论 :深度扩臼造盖术可减轻术后患侧股骨头受压 ,从而减少术后股骨头缺血性坏死率。
Objective: To study the biomechanical properties of deep capsuloplasty. Methods: The femoral head migration distance in pediatric patients was compared between two groups after deep discectomy and Salter’s osteotomy. Results: After Salter’s osteotomy, the mean femoral head abduction in the pediatric femoral head was 1.5cm in depth. Biomechanical calculations, the pressure was much higher than deep discectomy cap group. Conclusion: The deep capsulotomy can reduce the femoral head compression and reduce the postoperative avascular necrosis rate.
