研究了27SiMn液压支架油缸920℃淬火、不同淬火保温时间和回火温度对组织与性能的影响。结果表明:920℃淬火时,保温50 min的性能较好;随回火温度的升高,强度硬度降低,塑性韧性升高,符合一般材料的淬火回火规律;920℃水冷,心部有网状铁素体存在,会降低材料的性能
The effects of quenching at 920 ℃, holding time of different quenching and tempering temperature on the microstructure and properties of 27SiMn hydraulic support cylinder were studied. The results show that the properties of the steel are better when it is annealed at 920 ℃ for 50 min. With the increase of the tempering temperature, the strength and hardness of the steel are decreased and the plastic toughness is increased, which is in line with the quenching and tempering rules of common materials.
