对于桥梁结构进行损伤诊断研究,是近几十年来随着结构工程研究理论的不断发展和工程实际需要而提出的一个新兴课题。为了保证桥梁结构在使用阶段的安全性,其实际工作状况和可靠性只有通过检测才能得到正确的评断。进行桥梁安全性检测的目的正是通过一定的方式测试结构的实际状态参数,诊断结构的损伤并据此评判结构的实际可靠度水平,为结构的加固和维修提供技术资料。而且,对既有桥梁结构进行损伤检测和评估,充分了解桥梁的实际状况,及时诊断出局部损伤的位置以及损伤程度,就能使维修人员制定出正确的维修策略,及时修复桥梁结构。结构经过修复后,不仅可以恢复承载能力,延长使用寿命,而且对于避免灾难性事故的发生,保障人们的生命安全也有重要的意义。
Damage diagnosis research on bridge structure is an emerging subject that has been put forward in recent decades with the continuous development of structural engineering research theory and engineering practical needs. In order to ensure the safety of the bridge structure in the use phase, the actual working conditions and reliability of the bridge structure can be correctly evaluated only after being tested. The purpose of bridge safety testing is to test the actual state parameters of the structure in a certain way, to diagnose the damage of the structure and to judge the actual reliability level of the structure so as to provide technical information for the reinforcement and maintenance of the structure. Moreover, the existing bridge structure damage detection and assessment, a full understanding of the actual status of the bridge, a timely diagnosis of the location of the local damage and the extent of damage, can make maintenance personnel to develop the correct maintenance strategy, timely repair of the bridge structure. After the structure is repaired, it can not only restore the carrying capacity and prolong the service life, but also have important meanings for avoiding catastrophic accidents and ensuring people’s life safety.
