本文对61例消化性溃疡患者空腹血浆神经降压素(Neurotensin,NT)水平作了测定,并就其在溃疡出血、幽门螺杆菌感染、奥美拉唑治疗后等多种状态下的进一步改变作了观察。结果表明溃疡患者NT水平显著低于正常(P<0.01),并发出血患者NT水平也明显低于正常(P<0.05),幽门螺杆菌感染、奥美拉唑治疗后血中NT水平未受显著影响(P>0.05)。
