目的　探讨治疗左半结肠癌性梗阻的有效方法。方法　概述国外文献报道的对左半结肠癌性梗阻患者的治疗方法及其疗效。结果　手术方法包括姑息性手术、分期手术及一期手术 ,各手术方法各有优缺点。总体来看 ,一期手术疗效较好 ,且更易为医师和患者接受。结论　各类手术有不同的适应证 ,在保证安全的前提下应尽量做到一期切除。 Objective To explore an effective method for the treatment of left colon cancer obstruction. Methods Overview of foreign literature on the treatment of patients with left half colon cancer obstruction and its efficacy. Results Surgical methods included palliative surgery, staging surgery and primary surgery. Each surgical method had advantages and disadvantages. Overall, the first phase of surgery is better and easier for physicians and patients to accept. Conclusion Various types of surgery have different indications, in the premise of ensuring safety should try to do a resection.
