分析稀土尘肺及观察对象的影像学表现,总结稀土尘肺的影像学特征。回顾性分析33例稀土尘肺及观察对象的各种影像学(主要是胸片及CT)表现,对各种影像表现进行统计。结果显示,胸片表现:小阴影以p为主33例,小阴影以双中、下肺区分布为主33例;高分辨率CT表现:小阴影以p为主33例,14例观察对象的小阴影分布显示,双中肺野分布13例,双下肺野分布1例;壹期尘肺中,双中、上肺区小阴影分布12例,小阴影表现为小叶中心分布且境界清楚的微结节。贰期尘肺中,小阴影双肺弥漫分布7例,以双中、上肺区分布最密集,双下肺区较双中上肺区为少,肺底部分布微结节1例,小阴影均为境界不清楚微结节7例。提示,稀土尘肺的小阴影以p影为主,分布特征同其他以p影为主的尘肺类似,密集度较低的小阴影境界清楚,密集度较高的小阴影可伴玻璃样改变。利用HRCT技术可详细显示稀土尘肺小阴影的特征。
The imaging features of rare earth pneumoconiosis and observation object were analyzed, and the imaging features of rare earth pneumoconiosis were summarized. Retrospective analysis of 33 cases of rare earth pneumoconiosis and observed objects of various imaging (mainly chest X-ray and CT) performance, a variety of imaging performance statistics. In the first stage of pneumoconiosis, there were 12 cases of small shadow distribution in the middle and upper lung region. The small shadows showed centrilobular distribution and clear Micro nodules. In the second stage of pneumoconiosis, there were 7 cases of diffuse distribution of small lungs in both small and medium-sized shadows, with the most dense distribution in the middle and the upper lungs, the lesser lungs in the double lower lungs, As the state is not clear in 7 cases of micro-nodules. Tip, the small shadow of rare earth pneumoconiosis to p-based, distribution characteristics with other p-based pneumoconiosis similar to the less dense small shadow clear boundary, high density of small shadows with glass-like changes. HRCT technology can be used to show the characteristics of small shadow of rare earth pneumoconiosis.
