大豆[Glycine Max(z)Merrill]是我国人民喜欢的食品之一,各地均有种植,以东北最多。《本草拾遗》及《本草纲目》早有记载:大豆具有活血、利水、祛风、解毒、治风痹筋挛及主治心痛等作用。近代资料曾报导大豆含有生物硷、皂甙、异黄酮等多种生理活性化学成份,其中大豆黄酮对小鼠小肠平滑肌有解痉作用。有关资料还报导了大豆甙、大豆甙元单体能改善冠脉循环,对脑血管亦有一定的扩张作用。为了研制价廉效好的防治冠心病的药物,我们利用佛山制药厂提供的,以酱油厂生产的付产品作为原料的大豆提取物,在心血管系统及脑循环方面的药理作用进行了初步的研究。

In order to develop inexpensive and effective drugs for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease, we used the soybean extracts provided by the Foshan Pharmaceutical Factory and used the by-products produced by the soy sauce factory as raw materials to conduct preliminary research on the pharmacological effects of the cardiovascular system and cerebral circulation. .
