我厂生产的BJ212及东风140汽车活塞材料系用ZL—8铸造铝硅合金。该合金热处理时要求尽量缩短淬火入水前的停留时间,以免降低温度,影响性能。而ZL—8合金加热温度低,不能象钢材一样由零件火色来判断低温程度,只能用时间来控制。但在热处理手册及书中规定不明确,有些也只规定了变形铝合金淬火时,出炉至入水前时间间隔小于30秒钟。在实际生产中由于各种意外情况往往拖延了时间。为了保证质量必须搞清时间长短对质的影响。我们对BJ212汽车活塞进行了不同停留时间的试验。
I plant the production of BJ212 and Dongfeng 140 automotive piston material with ZL-8 cast aluminum-silicon alloy. The alloy heat treatment requires minimizing the residence time before quenching into the water, so as not to lower the temperature, affecting performance. The ZL-8 alloy heating temperature is low, can not be the same as the color of the fire from the parts to determine the degree of low temperature, can only be used to control the time. However, in the heat treatment manual and the book is not clear, and some only provides deformation of aluminum alloy quenching, baked into the water before the time interval of less than 30 seconds. In actual production due to various contingencies tend to delay the time. In order to ensure the quality, we must understand the impact of the length of time on the quality. We tested BJ212 car pistons for different residence times.
