一、背景介绍2011年被第63届联合国大会定为“国际化学年”。联合国教科文组织指出,化学在开发可替代能源、保护环境等方面起到主要作用。但是近年来一系列食品添加剂安全问题暴露在公众面前,给化学蒙上了一层阴影。其实,根据《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》的规定:食品添加剂是指“为改善食品品质和色、香、味以及为防腐和加工工艺的需要而加入食品中的化学合成或者天然物质”。在我国,食品营养强化剂也属于食品添加剂。食品卫生法明确规定:食品营养强化剂是指“为增强营养成分而加入食品中的天然的或者人工合成的属于天然营养素范围的食品添加剂”。
I. Introduction In 2011, the 63rd session of the UN General Assembly designated it as the “International Year of Chemistry.” UNESCO pointed out that chemistry plays a major role in developing alternative sources of energy and protecting the environment. However, in recent years, a series of food additive safety issues have been exposed to the public, casting a shadow over chemistry. In fact, according to the “People’s Republic of China Food Sanitation Law,” the provisions of: food additives is “to improve the food quality and color, smell and taste and the need for preservatives and processing technology added to food chemical synthesis or natural substances” . In our country, food nutrition enhancer also belongs to food additive. The Food Sanitation Law clearly states: “Food fortifiers are natural or synthetic natural food supplements added to foods to enhance their nutritional content.”
