本文采用气相—质谱(GC-MS)计算机联用法,从不同产地大蒜挥发油中分离并鉴定了以大蒜素等含硫化合物为主的43种成分。
In this paper, gas-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) computer-linked method was used to separate and identify 43 components mainly composed of sulfur compounds such as allicin.
