水稻杂种优势利用,是通过人工育成水稻三系(不育系、保持系、恢复系)来实现的.将不育系和保持系种在一起,使不育系种子得以发展,称之为不育系繁殖.将不育系和恢复系种在一起,配出杂交水稻供生产应用,称之为杂交水稻制种.在三系繁殖扩大的过程中为了防止变异退化,必须不断地进行三系原种提纯.这些都是技术性比较强的新工作,需要不断探索、总结,使之完善.近年来,我区各地试种杂交水稻普遍获得了增产.一个群众性的制种繁殖工作正在逐步展开,为了配合这项工作,我们特提出如下技术要点,供各地参考.一、杂交水稻制种的技术要点杂交水稻的配制工作,直接关系到水稻杂种优势利用的成效.不仅要努力提高制种产量而且要注意保证杂种纯度,在现有条件下,要求每亩制种能获得50斤
