中职生是一个特殊群体,在中职生管理中运用积极心理学具有重要意义,中职班主任通过积极心理学的思想,在班级管理中对学生进行引导,培养积极情绪及处理方式,通过多元化的教育理念管理学生的日常学习心理,从而使学生处于快乐、和谐的班级环境中,为中职班主任解决中职生复杂心理问题提供良好的解决方式。从中职生的特点出发分析了积极心理学的运用策略,以供参考。
Secondary vocational students are a special group, which plays an important role in the application of positive psychology in the management of secondary vocational students.
