手指的化脓性炎症,总称为“瘭疽”。众所周知,它们的原因乃是手指皮肤并发感染的各种损伤,而感染现象并不少见,特别是在乡间。为要防止这种有时是极为严重的疾病,除了积极的预防之外,必须在它已经发生了的情况下有效地进行治疗。我愿意与同志们交换一下自己治疗皮肤及皮下瘭疽的经验。在炎症的初期,当还没有脓液的时候,我采用了所谓青微素的局部注射法(中级医刊1954年第6期“青微素的局部注射”一文),假如已经有了确定的化脓病灶的话,我就采用了将药物直接注入到化脓病灶
