近几年来,医疗纠纷案例呈不断上升趋势。此类案例如果处理不妥,极可能引起群体性恶性治安事件,给社会稳定带来不利影响。对此类案件的处理,若当事方医疗机构不能清楚亮明事故原因,只想息事宁人,一赔了之,不仅可能导致国有资产的无故流失,还有可能使以后发生的事故更难处理。笔者认为要很好的解决这个问题,必须认真弄清原因,才能提出妥善解决纠纷的方法,减少此类案例的发生。
In recent years, the number of medical disputes has been on the rise. If such cases are not properly handled, it is highly likely to cause mass vicious public security incidents, which will adversely affect social stability. The treatment of such cases can only result in the loss of state-owned assets without any cause and the harder handling of future accidents if the medical institutions of the parties can not clearly understand the cause of the accident and only want to take rest and one loss. In my opinion, to solve this problem well, we must carefully understand the reasons before we can come up with ways to properly resolve the disputes and reduce the occurrence of such cases.
