近年来,我国经济的快速发展拉动了教育的进步,教育部门对教育进行了改革,尤其是课程改革。要求教师在教学过程中,在传授给学生知识的基础之上,注重学生的动手实践能力的培养,培养学生独立思考的习惯。在课堂上多采取提问的方式进行教学,调动学生的积极性,激发学生的创新思维。在碰到问题的时候,不要拘泥于一个方向去思考,要打破思维局限,进行创造性的思考。新课改背景下的教师观强调,教师应该从知识的传授者转变为学习的引导者和进步的促进者。
