目的 :探讨米非司酮对人早孕绒毛滋养细胞中Bcl 2和cas pase 3表达的影响及其在滋养细胞凋亡中的作用。方法 :将10 5例自愿要求终止妊娠的早孕妇女随机分成两组 ,即米非司酮流产组 (5 5例 )及人工流产组 (5 0例 )。采用免疫组化染色方法检测早孕妇女的绒毛组织中Bcl 2和caspase 3的表达。结果 :米非司酮组与人流组绒毛滋养细胞中Bcl 2的表达率分别为 5 4 .6 %和 88.0 % ;caspase 3的表达率分别为 89.1%和 4 2 .0 %。米非司酮组与人流组相比较绒毛滋养层细胞Bcl 2呈低表达(P <0 .0 1) ,caspase 3呈高表达 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Bcl 2和caspase 3在米非司酮诱导的早孕绒毛滋养层细胞凋亡的信号传导中起关键作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of mifepristone on the expression of Bcl-2 and caspase-3 in human trophoblast cells in early pregnancy and its role in the apoptosis of trophoblast cells. Methods: A total of 105 early pregnancy women who voluntarily requested termination of pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups: mifepristone abortion group (55 cases) and induced abortion group (50 cases). Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and caspase-3 in the villi of pregnant women. Results: The expression rates of Bcl-2 in chorionic trophoblasts of mifepristone group and human flow group were 54.6% and 88.0%, respectively. The expression rates of caspase 3 were 89.1% and 42.0% respectively. Bcl-2 expression was lower in the mifepristone group than in the human flow group (P <0.01), while caspase 3 was highly expressed (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Bcl 2 and caspase 3 play key roles in the signal transduction of mifepristone-induced apoptosis of trophoblast cells in early pregnancy
