坐位骨盆显像能克服膀胱和尿液污染放射性与骨盆重叠造成的诊断困难。16例各种肿瘤患者坐位显像结果表明:常规前位上 78%的耻骨区浓聚灶为假阳性,是由于膀胱显影不对称与耻骨重叠所致。尿液污染也可造成假阳性。后位显像膀胱放射性可干扰骶尾骨病灶的显示。对显像方法改进后避免了患者体重对探头附件损坏的可能性,检查更易进行。
Sitting pelvic imaging can overcome the bladder and urine pollution radioactivity and pelvic overlap caused by the diagnosis difficult. The results of sitting imaging in 16 patients showed that 78% of the pubic symphysis concentrates in the anteroposterior position were false positives, which was attributed to asymmetry of bladder development and pubic overlap. Urine contamination can also cause false positives. Posterior manifestations of bladder radioactivity may interfere with sacrococcygeal lesions. Improve the imaging method to avoid the possibility of body weight damage to the probe attachment, check easier.
