1合金成分改进型9Cr-1Mo钢和2.25Cr-1Mo钢的化学成分有很大的差异,改进型9Cr-1Mo钢中加入高的Cr成分来提高抗氧化性,以及V、Nb和N的加入。与2.25Cr-1Mo钢相比,改进型9Cr-1Mo钢最优化了碳含量,加入了强碳化物形成元素V和Nb,在回火的时候可以析出的非常稳定的V和Nb的碳化物增强了钢的持久强度,还有控制N等元素添加为了增加钢的蠕变强度和提高钢的微观结
