Culture is the soul, it is the bloodline. A good system, especially long-term good system, always forms a culture. Collective wage negotiation is one of the important systems for income distribution in our country. Starting from the implementation of the Labor Law of January 1, 1995, this system has gone through exactly 20 years. In the long run, the wage collective bargaining culture in our country is quietly taking shape. The collective negotiation culture in China is essentially different from the collective negotiation culture in the West. At the spiritual level, it is very different from the West.
