在电力机车接插件电气性能要求的基础上,用检测电路将接插件的电阻值转变成电压值,再采集到计算机中进行处理,从而设计出一套接插件性能微机检测系统.通过分段线性化的方法解决了该检测系统参数的非线性问题,并用MATLAB软件进行仿真和计算机辅助优化设计,最终实现了检测仪参数的确定.现场使用表明该检测系统方便、快捷、准确.
Based on the electrical performance requirements of the electric locomotive connector, the resistance value of the connector is converted into the voltage value by the detection circuit and then collected in the computer for processing, so as to design a set of microcomputer performance testing system of the connector performance, The method solves the nonlinear problem of the testing system parameters and uses MATLAB software to simulate and computer-aided optimization design, and ultimately determines the parameters of the detector.It is proved that the testing system is convenient, fast and accurate.
