为制订妇炎克颗粒剂的质量标准 ,本文采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的黄柏、虎杖及甘草进行定性鉴别 ;并用薄层扫描法对制剂中盐酸小檗碱进行定量分析 ,结果表明盐酸小檗碱在 0 45 7~ 3 2 μg的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系 (r=0 .999) ,加样回收率为 97 86 % ,相对标准偏差RSD为 1 96 %。定性、定量方法简便、可靠、重现性好 ,具有实用性。
In order to formulate the quality standard of Fuyanke granules, the qualitative identification of Phellodendron, Polygonum cuspidatum and licorice in the preparations was carried out by thin layer chromatography; and the berberine hydrochloride in the preparation was quantitatively analyzed by thin layer scanning method. The results showed that hydrochloric acid was small. The osmium has a good linear relationship (r=0.999) in the concentration range of 0 45 7 to 32 μg. The recovery rate of sample added is 97 86% and the relative standard deviation RSD is 199.6%. Qualitative and quantitative methods are simple, reliable, reproducible, and practical.
