企业文化只有落到实处,才能真正“有用”起来,才能推动企业健康向上,基业长青。当前,西安航天建设监理公司(简称“监理公司”)的企业文化建设处在从文化理念到落地的关键期。本文在分析监理公司企业文化建设存在问题的基础上,借鉴对标单位先进文化管理经验,试图从企业核心价值观宣贯,培训体系、薪酬激励体系、荣誉体系、形象建设五个方面构建企业文化落地体系,释放企业文化能量,切实提高经营管理水平,增强公司的凝聚力、执行力、形象力与创新力。
Only when corporate culture falls into place can we really be “useful” in order to promote the healthy development of enterprises and make ever-lasting progress. At present, the construction of corporate culture of Xi’an Aerospace Construction Supervision Company (referred to as “supervision company”) is a crucial period from the concept of culture to the landing. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the corporate culture construction of the supervision company, this paper draws on the advanced cultural management experience of the standard unit and tries to construct the corporate culture from five aspects: publicizing the core values of the enterprise, training system, salary incentive system, honor system and image building System, release the energy of corporate culture, and effectively improve the management level, enhance the company’s cohesion, execution, image and innovation.
