研究了盐湖卤水种类对混凝土在盐湖条件下的荷载、卤水腐蚀和冻融的单一与多重因素作用下的耐久性,探讨了混凝土在盐湖地区的破坏机理。结果表明,内蒙古盐湖卤水加速了混凝土的冻融破坏,西藏和新疆盐湖卤水则在一定程度上延缓了冻融破坏,而青海盐湖卤水则具有独特的延缓破坏现象。施加30%弯曲荷载将使混凝土寿命降低40%。Na2SO4.10H2O等盐类的结晶压作用是混凝土在盐湖地区腐蚀—冻融的破坏机理,当混凝土同时受到盐结晶压和荷载作用时突然断裂是其破坏特征。
The durability of salt lake bricks under single and multiple factors of load, brine corrosion and freezing and thawing of concrete under salt lake conditions was studied. The failure mechanism of concrete in salt lake area was discussed. The results show that salt lake brines in Inner Mongolia accelerated the freeze-thaw damage of concrete, salt brine in Tibet and Xinjiang delayed the freeze-thaw damage to a certain extent, while Qinghai Salt Lake brine had a unique delay in destruction. Applying 30% bending load will reduce concrete life by 40%. Crystallization pressure effects of Na2SO4.10H2O and other salts are the mechanism of corrosion-freeze-thaw damage of concrete in the Salt Lake region. When the concrete is subjected to salt crystallization pressure and load, sudden rupture is its failure characteristic.
