目的分析屈螺酮块雌醇片(II)对治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿复发的作用。方法选取150例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者,采用数字盲选法随机分为屈螺酮烘雌醇片(II)组(A组)、促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHw)+屈螺酮烘雌醇片(II)组(B组)、GnRH-affl(C组)、去氧孕烯烘雌醇片组(D组)及对照组(E组),每组30例。比较五组疼痛评分、肿瘤指标、卵巢功能及药物安全性。结果A组、B组、C组、D组疼痛评分及不良反应发生率均明显低于E组,肿瘤指标及卵巢功能均优于E组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),
