泻黄散出自《小儿药证直诀》,主治脾胃伏火。笔者用于治疗口疮口糜,每每获效。例一:刘某,男,23岁,农民。口舌生疮一周,舌面、口唇、口腔粘膜红肿糜烂,白色疮点遍布,疼痛难忍,影响饮食言语,口气臭秽,口干欲冷饮,发热,时汗出,心烦不寐,小溲短赤,大便秘结,四日一行,舌红苔黄燥,脉滑数。证属脾胃伏火,心经有热、耗伤津液。治以泻脾胃伏火、清心滋液,方拟泻黄散合增液汤加味。处方:生石膏20克,山栀子12克,藿香叶9克,青防风9克,黑元参12克,生地黄18克,麦门冬15克,川黄连6克,细木通9克,生甘草9克。三剂。
