普通本科院校工商管理类教育的任务主要是培养工商业中层管理人才,为现实工商管理工作中业务主管、部门经理等职位输送后备人才。而抓好工商管理类教育的实践环节是实现该专业教学目标的必要条件,只有提高对实践课的认识,认真设计实践课的教学环节,落实实践计划,才能实现专业培养目标。然而,有很多举办工商管理类专业的院校先天缺乏实践教学的基础,学生对此有诸多不满,尤其在对培养体系的系统性,实践性方面,认为培养方式陈旧、单调和具有非科学性。普通本科院校工商管理类教育实践教学体系的缺失和陈旧成为它们发展的瓶颈。因此,应对普本工商管理专业实践教学体系进行改革创新,使其适应时代的发展要求。
Ordinary undergraduate education in business administration tasks are mainly to cultivate the middle management talent in business administration, reserve personnel for the business executive, department manager and other positions in the actual business administration. To grasp the practical links of business administration education is the necessary condition to realize the teaching goal of this specialty. Only by raising the understanding of practical courses, designing the teaching links of practical courses conscientiously, and implementing the practice plan, can we achieve the goal of professional training. However, many colleges and universities that hold business administration majors lack the foundation of practical teaching. Students are dissatisfied with this. In particular, they think that the training methods are outdated, monotonous and unscientific in terms of the systematic and practical aspects of the training system . The lack and obsolescence of the practical teaching system of business administration in ordinary colleges and universities have become the bottleneck of their development. Therefore, it is necessary to reform and innovate the practice teaching system of business administration major in Pukun to adapt it to the development requirements of the times.
