在全球经济一体化、贸易自由化的经济背景下,国际贸易法统一化进程不断推进,国际经济贸易组织的作用不断加强。本文根据国际贸易的特点诠释国际贸易法的定义,并就法律部门的设置标准和法学学科设置标准分析国际贸易法的学科地位,提出国际贸易法属于国际经济法的构成分支,作为三级学科独立研究的重要性等观点。
