I. INTRODUCTION Slow strain rate technology (SSRT) has been widely used to test the sensitivity of stress corrosion cracking (SCC) due to its significant advantages over the last decade. However, how to analyze the experimental results of different strain rates is a problem worth exploring for this kind of dynamic test. Correct analysis also helps to gain insight into the mechanism of cracking. For example, a suitable strain rate is the key to revealing the sensitivity of some metals / media systems to SCC; too fast or too slow strain rates
