中国消费者协会最新统计的数据显示,2004年,汽车投诉量同比上升31.6%,位居商品类投诉增幅的第二位。汽车投诉中,有关质量问题的投诉所占比例最大,因质量问题引起的投诉占到70.5%,比2003年上升了32.9%。投诉内容包括发动机有异响、大梁断裂、油管漏油、制动跑偏、离合器不分离、车门车窗天窗漏水等等。近年来,中国汽车业出现了快速增长,与此相对应的是,随着汽车保有量的增加,关于汽车质量的投诉也越来越多
According to the latest statistics from China Consumer Association, in 2004, the volume of complaints filed by car increased by 31.6% over the same period of previous year, ranking the second place in the growth rate of commodity complaints. In the car complaints, complaints about quality problems accounted for the largest proportion, with complaints due to quality problems accounting for 70.5%, an increase of 32.9% over 2003. Complaints include the abnormal sound of the engine, broken girders, tubing leakage, braking deviation, the clutch is not separated, the door window skylight leakage and so on. In recent years, there has been a rapid growth in China’s auto industry. Correspondingly, as the number of car ownership increases, complaints about the quality of automobiles have also been increasing
