根据柴油机负荷突变工况的试验数据和对气缸盖动态热应力的计算结果,论证了高温蠕变疲劳叠加下的低频热疲劳是柴油机燃烧室零件产生裂纹损伤的主要原因,论述了热惯性对受热冲击后零件内部温度变化速率、动态热应力及低频热疲劳的产生所具有的重要影响。文章提出一种计算时间常数T的新的有效方法。
According to the test data of abrupt change of engine load and the calculation results of the dynamic thermal stress of the cylinder head, it is demonstrated that the low frequency thermal fatigue under the superposition of high temperature creep fatigue is the main reason of the crack damage in the combustion chamber of diesel engine. After the impact of parts within the rate of change of temperature, dynamic thermal stress and low frequency thermal fatigue have a major impact. The article presents a new effective method of calculating the time constant T.
