本文以小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率( MNF) 为指标初步探讨了海带多糖(LPS) 对环磷酰胺( CP) 诱发的小鼠染色体突变的拮抗作用。结果显示:阳性组环磷酰胺( CP40 mg/kg.bw) 与海带多糖组( LPS500 mg/kg.bw 、1000 mg/kg .bw 、2000 mg/kg .bw) 微核率分别为28‰、22 ‰、12 ‰、11 ‰,海带多糖组与阳性组相比较差异显著( P<0 .01) ,由此可见,海带多糖能明显抑制环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠体细胞的遗传损伤。
In this paper, the micronucleus rate (MNF) of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes as an index to explore the kelp polysaccharide (LPS) on cyclophosphamide (CP) induced mouse chromosome mutation. The results showed that the micronuclei rates of cyclophosphamide (CP40 mg / kg.bw) and kelp polysaccharide group (LPS500 mg / kg.bw, 1000 mg / kg bw, 2000 mg / kg bw) 22 ‰, 12 ‰, 11 ‰, kelp polysaccharide group and the positive group compared with the significant difference (P <0.01), we can see that kelp polysaccharide can inhibit cyclophosphamide-induced mouse somatic cell genetic damage.
