“扁平化”管理意味着企业上下级之间的沟通十分畅通,员工的创造力,闪光点可以在最短的时间内被捕捉到,并得以充分发挥。企业可以有效地控制人、财、物、信息四大要素,避免因多级管理而造成的四大要素配置不当和失控。实施“扁平化”管理的先决条件是,在企业内部需建立起完善的现代化信息体系,同时还要求企业的管理层具有更丰富的创造力。
“Flatten ” management means that the communication between the upper and lower levels of the enterprise is smooth and the creativity and the bright spots of the staff can be captured in the shortest time and can be fully utilized. Enterprises can effectively control the four elements of human, financial, material and information, and avoid the misconduct and loss of control of the four elements caused by multi-level management. A prerequisite for the implementation of “flattening” management is that a well-established modern information system needs to be established within the enterprise while at the same time requiring more management creativity by the management of the enterprise.
